We’re not just flat sheets – we also make molded carbon fiber parts and products. Our extensive experience and state-of-the-art manufacturing processes allow us to efficiently create prototypes, pilot-runs, and volume production of up-to-spec carbon fiber molded parts.

We create molded parts used in a variety of automotive, aviation, industrial, robotic, and medical applications. Like our sheets and panels, our molded parts are made with 100% carbon fiber and vacuum infused with epoxy resin. Additional cutting, drilling, and finishing can be included as needed to provide you with a completed part.
