Meet our Leadership Team

Jeff Olsen
PRESIDENT

Jeff’s been leading Protech for 13 years, heading up sales and operations. Before immersing himself in carbon fiber, he spent his life in sales with customers like Walmart and Costco. In his off-time, he likes to golf when he can. He also loves Hawaii, live music and grilling anything on his Traeger.

Michelle Fennimore
VICE PRESIDENT

Michelle is responsible for all things marketing and oversees financials. She comes from a family of small business owners and is an entrepreneur at heart. In her previous lives, she owned her own business and worked in advertising on Madison Avenue. She likes spending time in NYC, running and going anywhere with a beach.

Greyson Carl
DIRECTOR OF DIGITAL FABRICATION
Greyson is our salesman specializing in machined and molded parts. He’s responsible for managing all products requiring molds or needing to be cut in our CNC department. Full of bright ideas, he is sure to find a way to bring almost any project to life. When he’s not bringing dreams to fruition, he enjoys fishing, golf and snowboarding.
Marina Taylor
OFFICE MANAGER

Marina handles all incoming and outgoing orders and maintains our production schedule. She’s an expert organizer and multi-tasker extraordinaire with well-honed skills as a working mom with three kids under 8. In her free time, she hangs out with her family and works on their new house.

Chi Hoang
WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR

Chi oversees all product production. As Protech’s first employee, he started with the company in 2008. Before coming to Protech, he had a long career supervising composites production in the yacht industry. In his free time, Chi loves golf, taking trips to the beach with his family and goes to Southeast Asia whenever he can.

Giving Back

Providing materials for learning and empowering innovation

We work with several local high school and college after-school robotics teams that compete in statewide and national events. They design robots to meet specific needs, create CNC drawings of the parts they need, and we provide them with custom cut carbon fiber parts for no charge. Having access to carbon fiber parts is often a big advantage in their competitions as they can move faster and they often go to finals in state competitions.

It’s amazing how much the kids benefit from involvement in these teams – there’s lots of problem solving, lots of trial and error, discipline, working with people, math, programming and engineering skills and dealing with the pressure to perform at competitions. We love supporting these efforts because the kids have such a desire to succeed and are so appreciative of our support.
